OUR CRAFT
Custom color matching
Working from your palette, thread references, or confirmed color direction.
The details that shape the canvas itself.
Your artwork is translated onto needlepoint canvas with close attention to placement, intersections, and color boundaries.
13 and 18 mesh mono canvas are most commonly requested. Other mesh counts and specifications can be sourced by project, and client-supplied canvas is welcome.
We work from your palette, thread references, or agreed color direction to keep each canvas true to the design.
Begin with one canvas or a small run, then reorder from the confirmed reference as your collection grows.
Finishing and delivery, added only when you need them.
Thread kitting, needles, edge finishing, labels, and branded packaging can be prepared to your requirements.
Choose only the support you need, from sourcing and hand-painting to packing and delivery.
WHAT WE CHECK
Checked against the approved design and chosen mesh.
Color boundaries remain readable at the intersections.
Checked for unnecessary paint buildup or blocked holes.
Repeat pieces are compared with the confirmed design and color references.
THE PROCESS
Your order moves forward only after you approve the painted master.
Artwork, stitch chart, preferred mesh, colors, quantity, and any finishing requirements.
We paint the master for your review at no additional charge. Once approved, it guides the production run and future reorders.
Confirm scale, placement, color direction, canvas, and finish.
Each piece follows the approved master and agreed details, with checks throughout the process.
Bulk shipment, retail-ready packaging, or direct delivery to individual customers.
THE ATELIER
Your name goes on the design.
Our care goes into the making.
Atelier Veya works with independent needlepoint designers and brands who care about how their work is made — and who prefer a partner that respects both the craft and the brand behind it.
Some clients come only for hand-painting. Others ask us to manage canvas, kitting, packaging and delivery as well. Either way, the relationship is built around your process, not ours.
Your designs remain yours. Confidentiality is part of every working relationship, and we never use client projects for marketing without explicit approval.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
A few useful details before we begin.
Yes. We offer one complimentary painted sample, so you can review our quality and finish before placing an order — with no commitment.
Most orders take around 2–4 weeks after the painted master is approved. Once we receive your details, we review the quantity, design complexity, canvas availability, and finishing needs, then confirm the timing before work begins.
No MOQ. Start with one painted canvas per design.
We commonly work with 13 and 18 mesh mono canvas, but we are not limited to these specifications. Client-supplied canvas is welcome, or we can source canvas according to your confirmed requirements.
All project materials are treated as confidential. We do not share your artwork, stitch charts, reference images, product details, brand name, or design information with third parties without your permission. We also do not use client projects for marketing or outreach unless approved.
Yes. We can support one part of your workflow, help with selected designs, or provide extra capacity when needed. You do not need to replace an existing supplier to work with Atelier Veya.
